Explore the culinary history along Bangkok’s forgotten train and riverine trade routes, their vibrant market places and former floating market communities. Begin with a morning food tour through one of the most vibrant markets. Embark on the slow train into the serene, suburban temple communities along Bangkok’s historic canals. Learn how to cook Thailand’s most beloved dish: Phad Krapao, stir fried basil, enjoy a mocktail workshop with traditional ingredients by the canal and embark on a boat journey to relax, digest and enjoy the stunning scenery along Thonburi’s canals before ending the tour at one Bangkok’s art inspired and rejuvenated waterfront communities.
